Return Policy

Order Cancellation

• Pre-Dispatch: You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch by contacting +91 7015757138 or emailing sunil@graphlinecomputers.com. Full refunds are processed within 5 working days.
• Post-Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once handed over to the courier partner.

Returns & Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the delivered item is defective, physically damaged, or incorrect relative to the order.
• The product must remain unused, uninstalled, and in its original box, complete with all original accessories, manuals, tags, and the purchase invoice.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or activated software packages and custom-built hardware configurations.
• Damage caused by electrical surges, misuse, or physical handling post-delivery.

Refund Execution

• Once returned items are inspected and approved, refunds are credited to the original payment method or bank account within 7–10 business days.
